25/02/2009 FinLab is pleased to announce the release of the next generation of PackHedge™. In addition to a redesigned user-interface, PackHedge™ v4.0 features enhanced functionality to its Fund of Funds – Shadow Accounting module which enables greater transparency into the liquidity of the portfolio. 10/02/2009 Risk-AI, a Risk Management consulting firm, provides relevant commentary on the need for accurate risk measurement for Fund of Hedge Funds. 02/10/2008 FinLab along with Key Investments Services (KIS), sponsored the second annual BANCOawards dinner in Geneva organized by BANCO, the Swiss asset management magazine. 04/09/2008 FinLab was one of the four Gold Sponsors at the late summer garden party in Geneva organized by the 100 Women in Hedge Funds. The event was hugely successful, despite the rain, with over 200 guests from the hedge fund industry (both men and women) and raised over SFr75,000 for Wellbeing of Women, the 2008 beneficiary of all 100 Women in Hedge Funds' European philanthropic efforts. 20/05/2008 FinLab’s new CTO, Arnaud Baiges, introduces Extreme Programming to lead the ongoing evolution of PackHedge™. It was at Reuters that Mr. Baiges first implemented “extreme programming”, a software engineering methodology that results in a development process that is more responsive or “agile” to customer needs than traditional methods, while creating software of better quality. |
